  1. i think its cool to appreciate the countryside we have all around us in these rough times that we live in its nice to know there is somewhere we can go and get back to nature its quite spiritual in a way even if your not that way inclined
  2. dont like the front end it looks like its been melted got to admit tho its a talent
  3. nice ride but 100 grand would leave me shaking a bit
  4. ok then ive got permission off my lass to tell
  5. still cant believe it been celebrating for most of the day i never used to do the lottery it was my lass who tempted me with a spare quid i found in the car she reckoned it was a sign or something im shaking still whilst i type the whole family is in shock been ringing the relatives in australia and canada like you do might even have to ring the boss in the morning i just hope it wont change me cos you hear stories on the telly but i reckon ill be ok at least i can get my teeth sorted now lol
  6. washed the hole out with a bit of fire water lol but am keeping an eye on it just to be safe and im off the currys for a day or two it would have been easier to walk into the local pikey site and call them names they would have kicked them all out for free but thought better of it
  7. will do mate whats the forum again ive forgotten lol
  8. glad you like it peeps it is a 81 but i think it was registered in 84 dont really understand how it works ive posted a pic of the keypad thingy but today i found a blue wire that looks like it goes to the ignition and it isnt connected due to the previous owner dismantling the steering wheel as the indicator stalk had broke so i wonder if that why it aint lighting up its got me stumped was gonna rip it all out but as far as im aware the early clifford stuff if proffesionally installed was wired into everything any help or ideas welcome as i want to hear the beast run its supposed to shake from side to side on tickover ........oops need the tissues
  9. no mate its a stand alone clifford jobbie has a keypad with numbers on and 3 leds that should flash the guy i got the car off said you turn on the ignition and punch in 6 numbers and the car will start
  10. yeah your right mate i highly recommend not doing it yourself but i'd just bought some wheels for the scooby and was skint
  11. finally after 5 months of waiting ive managed to get the corvete home wasnt exactly the best day to do it and it did take an hour to get it on the truck but she's here and ripe for sorting out took 4 people to get it in the garage as the stoopid clifford keypad imobiliser decided not to work so she wont run at the moment and for a plastic car she weighs more than the moon but the 5.7 v8 should get her moving as soon as i work out whats up with the keypad thingy tried to get my lass to do some sexy poses in front of it but she was soaked through and whinging about a cup of tea but enjoy anyway
  12. hi peeps its been a while but managed to get some pc time so i thought i'd gross you all out been in agony over the last few weeks with raging toothache couldnt afford to go to the dentist and generally if im honest im a bit scared of the thought of it all ( had a bad experience when i was a kid with a dentist ) so last night after a paricular heavy day getting the corvette back from goole i'd had enough ........so half a bottle of remy martin and a pair of disinfected pliers later ive removed the offending tooth , not as bad i thought it was going to be but still bad enough my tips for the weeks kids is 1.... eat your greens 2.....brush your teeth twice a day 3.....stop being a wuss and go to the dentist if your in pain i did have the chance to go to the dentist college in leeds , where they will do the work for free but didnt fancy being operated on by someone who doesnt wash wears baggy clothes and calls everyone "dude" sorry for the crappy pic but you get the idea
