1. The paint is never an unknown colour every chassis id can be checked for a colour code it takes 2 seconds and quite a lot of the time the original colour code is still listed on the auction sheet, sorry to hear about this steven its not nice to deal with and not everyone who imports performs like this, I'd be eager to help you into a new Z32 to put this right

4. Sure is Alic, and yup dropped a decent way down, il be honest its a great car. Completely rust free but i feel its the slushomatic putting people off, so it will be eventually manual converted and price adjusted accordingly! Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk

6. Auction Grading isn't a holy book to go by neither, yes as far as it goes a Grade 4 is deemed good however auctions sheets must always be looked at with care as Grade 4 cars come up with replaced panels, repainted or repaired or just generally in need of work. it is something that your agent should of told you about, for the reasons you have already stated it will seriously affect re-sale value and put any potential buyer off- if you are happy with the car i wouldn't think about it too much- a full refund may be a little extreme but i would definitely be expecting some sort of reimbursement even if its in the form of the agent you used subsidising his fee for basic negligence. A Nice Car by the looks of it don't let it eat away at you just get it on the road and enjoy it!
7. i don't think you will have much luck with the auction house to be honest, i've never seen anything like that in all my time of importing but hopefully there is a rational explanation behind it Car was bought at USS Yokohama on the 14th June if you need help tracing it
